Presidential Address to a Joint Session of Congress a National Special Security Event

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has designated the February 24, 2009 Presidential Address to a Joint Session of Congress as a National Special Security Event (NSSE). Gregory Marchio of the U.S. Secret Service will serve as Principal Federal Official (PFO).
